Why Our Beef Over Big Company Feed Lot Beef ?
Here's Why...
Big feed lots use Corn exclusively
to fatten beef quick and cheap for today's market. Grass fats (Omega 3) get
in the way and slow down the CORN fating process.
Using excess Corn (Omega 6) fats also interfere and
overwhelm the health benefits of Omega 3 fats any where from a 10 to 1 to 20 to 1 ratio..
It should be about a 2 omega 6 to 1 omega
3 ratio . This is what we feed for, a 2 to 1 ratio.
Cold hard facts on what these excess corn ratios can do to you:
Chronic excessive amounts of Omega 6 is...
Associated with heart attacks, thrombotic stroke, arrhythmia, arthritis,
osteoporosis, inflammation, mood disorders and cancer, just to name a few.
Omega-6 is pro-inflammatory.. That means,
it causes inflammation on it own.. H#ll, cattle can't
even eat it alone for long without taking medicine.. What does that tell you..?
A diet with a lot of omega-6 and not much omega-3 will increase inflammation.
